Starter terms for the demonstration build. Replace these with professionally reviewed terms before launching publicly.
Free items only
Items listed on Reuse Kirklees must be offered without payment, bidding or hidden charges.
Accurate listings
Members must describe item condition honestly and disclose known faults or safety concerns.
Collection arrangements
Selection does not create a sale contract. Either member may cancel, but repeated misuse or missed collections may lead to account restrictions.
Prohibited items
Illegal, recalled, dangerous, age-restricted, medical, controlled or otherwise unsuitable items must not be listed.
Personal safety
Members are responsible for choosing safe collection arrangements and protecting private contact and address information.
